Which devices are compatible with your wireless chargers?
Our chargers are Qi-certified and support most smartphones including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other Qi-enabled devices.
Can I customize my logo or branding on the charger or packaging?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services — logo printing (silk screen / laser / UV), custom packaging, gift box designs, etc.
Are your products certified (CE, FCC, RoHS, Qi)?
Yes, many of our models have CE, FCC, RoHS, and Qi certification. For some custom models or new ones, we can help you with certification as needed.
What is the maximum charging power / output / efficiency?
Depending on the model, we offer 10W, 15W, 20W (or even higher) output. Efficiency is usually 70–80% or higher.
How do I know the charger is working / how to tell it’s charging?
Chargers often have LED indicators. Your device screen will show a charging icon. If there's no indication, check alignment between phone and coil.
Will my phone charge through a case?
In many cases yes, as long as the phone case is less than ~3mm thick and doesn’t contain metal. But ultra-thick, magnetic, or metal cases may interfere. (Refer to Drop Wireless FAQ)
How does wireless charging work?
It uses electromagnetic induction. A coil in the charger creates a magnetic field that induces current in the device’s receiver coil.
Do your chargers support fast charging?
Yes, our chargers support up to 15W fast charging for compatible devices. Using a QC 3.0 or PD adapter is recommended for best performance.
Is wireless charging safe for my phone battery?
Absolutely. All products include over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protection to keep your device safe.
Can I use the charger for AirPods, smartwatches, or other devices?
Yes, many of our models are designed for multi-device charging, including AirPods and certain smartwatch models.
